基于CDIO模式下高职院校实验实训体系建设的探索与思考

摘    要:根据CDIO工程教育模式,探索了高职院校实验实训体系建设,介绍了在创建实训平台,建设“双师型”队伍,实训课程教改等方面一系列的改革措施。实践证明,CDIO模式下的实验实训体系的建立与开展,使教学资源得到了充分利用,学生动手创新能力得到提升,培养了学生CDIO能力,进一步提升了CDIO的实际效果。

Abstract:According to the CDIO mode, the training stystem construction in higher vocational colleges is discussed. A series of measures of CDIO in creating a platform, constructing double - qualified teacher team, training course teaching reform, and ect. are introduced. Practice has proved that if the experiment training system is established and is carried out according to the CDIO mode, the teaching resources can be fully utilized, the students' innovation ability can be promoted. Thus the Students' ability of CDIO can be improved, and the actual effect of CDIO can be further improved.
