| Abstract: | Based on the actual situation of the countryside in Liaoning province, the paper analyses the income of farmers at present,discusses ways to increase farmers' income from the aspects of policy-promoting,science and technology-propelling,enterprise-leading and labor-transferring.Strategies and suggestions about the increase of the low-income farmers in the countryside of Liaoning province are presented. |
