基于平衡记分卡的企业绩效评价体系重构及应用

摘    要:通过文献调研的方法对国内外绩效管理理论与实践现状进行梳理,在阐述绩效管理的涵义及相关理论基础上,提出了构建企业绩效评价体系的原则,并基于平衡记分卡构建了企业绩效评价体系。通过该绩效评价体系对员工工作进行评价,可以达到提升员工工作能力,进而提高其工作效率的目的,最终为企业快速发展创造条件。
