多层预制破片战斗部数值仿真方法及起爆方式影响

摘    要:为研究多层预制破片的飞散规律,对某结构多层预制破片战斗部的数值仿真方法和爆轰驱动特性进行分析.通过对比流固耦合模型、单层网格模型和小角度模型的适用性,采用侵蚀单面自动接触算法,建立合理的数值计算模型.利用LS-DYNA软件,对单点、对称两点和三点起爆方式下爆轰波传播特性、多层预制破片飞散形态、破片初速和飞散角进行计算和比较.计算结果表明,数值计算模型可以考虑多层破片之间的挤压、摩擦和翻滚效应;对称两点起爆和三点起爆可有效提高预制破片的最大初速和平均初速;起爆点数量增加,密集破片区域飞散角逐渐增大.

Abstract:T o study the scattering characterist ics of the pr efabricated mult ilayer f ragment , the numericalsimulat ion and the deto nat ion drive characterist ics of a certain st ractur e w ere studied for prefabricated multilayer fragment w arhead. A co nt rast was made among the FSI model, the mo no layer mesh model and thesmall angle model. Using the automatic contact metho d of eroding single sur face, a lo gical FE model w asset up. Key technical problems such as propagat io n of detonat ion wave, prefabricated mul tilayer f ragment, deforming driven by detonat ion, and scattering characterist ics of f ragment were numerical ly simulatedby the LS-DYNA sof tw ar e. T he r esult s show that the f rict ion and ex t rusion betw een fragment s canbe considered, that the f ragment max imum velocity and the av erag e velocity can be increased by tw o-initiation-point and three-init iat io n-point ex plosion, and that the scat tering angle o f the intensive f ragment s regionex pands w ith the increase of the init iat ion point s.
