| 摘 要： | 文章分析了企业非相关多元化风险的形成机制 ,提出了非相关多元化风险评价指标体系的设计原则 ,并构建了一个由 37个指标组成的四阶风险综合评价体系 ,从而为企业决策者进行风险评估提供依据。
