摘    要:以白肋烟为样本,采用叶面喷施亚硒酸钠补硒和不补硒盆栽实验方法,整株采收晾制,分析了硒对白肋烟中的还原糖、蛋白质、总氮、烟碱、氯等主要成分含量的影响,结果表明:硒能使白肋烟的水溶性总糖、还原糖、非还原糖分别提高41.25%、23.33%、32.77%;使总氮、蛋白质、烟碱分别提高22.22%、23.68%、28.64%;使烟叶中氯含量下降40.36%。

Abstract:By adding Se to hurley leaves and the method without adding Se, the tests of soil pot and field were conducted to study the the effect of Se on the content of reduced saccharide protein, total nitrogen, nicotin, chlorine etc. The result indicated: When Se was used , the content of water - soluble total saccharide , reduced saccharide , inre-duced saccharide were increased by 41.25% ,23.33% ,32.77% ;total nitrogen,protein and nicotin were increased by 22.22% ,23.68% ,28.64% ;chlorine content was decreased by 40.36%.
