| 摘 要： | 建立了电子商务环境下由单一制造商和单一销售商构成的双渠道供应链模型。比较、分析了集中式策略和分散式策略下双渠道供应链的最优价格和利润,从两种渠道合作的角度出发,研究了新业务分配策略,论证了这种策略能够实现双渠道供应链协调,能够实现供应链成员之间的双赢。最后通过具体算例分析证实了结论。

| Abstract: | A dual-channel supply chain model constituted by a single manufacturer and single-vendor e-commerce environment was established. The optimal price and profit of the centralized strategy and decentralized strategy of dual channel supply chain were compared and analyzed in views of two channel cooperation. The new business strategy was adopted to achieve the dual-channel supply chain coordination and win-win situation between supply chain members. Finally, specific examples analysis confirms the conclusions. |
