壳聚糖改性微球制备及其在苯酚废水处理中的应用

摘    要:在环已烷中采用反相悬浮法以戊二醛为交联剂制备壳聚糖(CTS)改性微球,通过SEM,IR初步检测CTS微球结构,研究了其对苯酚模拟废水的吸附性能,包括对不同苯酚浓度废水的吸附,以及时间、pH值等对微球吸附苯酚废水的影响等。结果表明:在实验条件为25℃,pH值为5时,微球在苯酚废水中吸附仅15 min达到平衡,符合Freundlich吸附等温方程,为物理吸附;CTS微球的溶胀性较小,耐酸碱性能增强,吸附性能优于CTS.

Abstract:The crosslinked chitosan microspheres were prepared by reversed-phase suspension with glutaraldehyde in organic dispersant eyelohexane. The structure of CTS mierospheres was detected by SEM , Infrared Spectrum, solubility, and the adsorption of phenol was studied in different concentrations of simulate waste water with different time , pH value. The result shows that when the experimental eondition is 25 ~C and the pH value is 5, the adsorption can strike balance in 15 minutes. It is physical adsorption and fitted to the Freundlich isotherms. And CTS microspheres is anti-swelling, acid and alkali-resistant, and has better absorbability.
