C60双氮杂衍生物的合成与结构分析

摘    要:利用具有二个叠氮基团的化合物A与C60反应,以氯苯为反应溶剂,回流5h后,溶液经柱色谱分离(硅胶,V甲苯/V环己烷=1)得到了C60双氮杂衍生物B。用紫外、红外、质谱、氢核磁等对衍生物B作了初步表征,并结合半经验AM1程序所做的能量计算,讨论并初步确定了衍生物B最有可能是两个极性一致、结构为双6,5]开环氮杂桥轮烯结构化合物异构体的混合物 。

Abstract:A solution of C60 200.0mg(0.278 mmol) and 2-nitro-2-methyl-1,3-diazidopropane(A) 61.7 mg (0.33 mmol) in chlorobenzol(240 mL) was refluxed for 5 h and gave a red solution, which was purified by column chromatography on silica gel, using cyclohexane-toluene(1∶1,volume ratio) as eluant and then C 60 double-aza-bridge derivative(B) 21.6mg and 27% yield(based on the consumption of C 60) could be obtained. It was characterized by UV-vis, FTIR, MS and 1H-NMR spectrum, and its structure was supported by the ball-stick model and the calculation of semi-experimental AM1 program. The product may be a mixture of two isomers of double open-aza-bridge structure.
