| 摘 要： | 总结2005年1～9月共收治较严重创伤病人126例的急诊护理经验，其中交通事故致头、胸、腹伤92例，利器致腹部及大血管伤20例，坠落胸部及脊柱伤14例，从负伤至到达医院时间10min～3h，均发生不同程度的休克，通过从生命体征，面色，神志、VCP、尿量等主要指标监测和积极的抗休克措施与护理，为预见性护理提供依据，为后送病房进一步治疗打下了良好的基础。

| Abstract: | To provide basis for predictive nursing care of critically injured patients and to build good foundation for advanced clinical treatment we summarized the experience of emergency nursing care for severe trauma patients treated in our hospital from Jan.to Sept.in 2005.In this study,we anatomized and summarized main index of patients and corresponding antis hock and nursing measures,such as vital signs,complexion,consciousness,VCP and urine volume etc..126 patients were analyzed including 92 cases whose nose,thorax or/and abdomen were injured in traffic accident,20 cases thorax or great vessels of them were injured by edge tool,and 14 cases of falling injury in thorax or/and spine.Between 10 to 180 minutes after bruise these patients were transported to our hospital. |
