对社会转型期间中职生学生管理的思考

随着社会的转型及国家中专招生政策的调整,学生的素质相较以前日益凸显出明显层次化,并由此引发了系列的管理问题,为提高学生管理工作水平,笔者着重分析了学生在校期间作为被管理对象时所衍生诸多问题发生的原因,并结合自身工作实际试着从多种角度探求解决方法。
