平菇不同栽培方式试验研究

在已长满菌丝的菌袋中，挑选出菌丝长势较均匀的81袋，采用墙式立体覆土栽培、沉袋栽培和塑料袋栽培（CK），进行栽培对比试验，每个处理9个菌袋，重复处理3次，总产量依次为51．1623，48．3732，42．1119kg．前两者产量分别比对照产量提高21．49％和14．87％．不同处理袋产量用新复极差测验，与对照之间的产量差异均达显著水平，而前两个处理之间的产量差异并未达显著水平．

Experimental Study on Different Cultivation Pattern of Pleurotus ostreatus

Picking 81 bags whose mycelium were full of fungus sacks and uniform,we did the contrast test using wall type overbiting soil cultivation,sinking bag cultivation and plastic packet culture(CK).Every treatment had 9 fungus sacks and repeated 3 times.Total yield successively were 51.162 3,48.373 2,42.111 9 kg.Compared CK,two former yields improved 21.49 % and 14.87 % respectively.Testing different treated yield of every bag in the way of new multiple range test,we found two former yields’difference were significant with CK’s,while the yield difference of two former treatments were not significant.
