| 摘 要： | 传统产业优势正是构建山西区域特色经济的比较优势。正交实际设计法作为一种方法科学、操作简便、费用节省、效果明显的生产控制方法，十分适合现阶段经济、政治条件下在山西省中、小企业大力推广应用。文章在分析地方经济特点和中、小企业现状的基础上，从4个方面提出在中、小企业大力推广应用正交试验设计法的战略步骤。

| Abstract: | Traditional industrial superiority is a comparative superiority for construction of the economy with regional characteristics of Shanxi Province. Being as a production control method with scientific concept, easy operation, low cost and obvious effect, the orthogonal test design method is very suitable to the popularization and application in minor enterprises in Shanxi Province under the economic and political conditions of recent stage. Based on analyzing the features of local economy and the present situation of minor enterprises, this paper puts forward the strategic measures of popularizing and applying the orthogonal test design method in minor enterprises from four aspects. |
