| 摘 要： | 文章介绍一种基于Intel8051单片机及其外围扩展系统组成的一个16×64LED汉字点阵屏系统.系统采用VB编写上位机程序,对字模进行提取、编码及转化,由PC机通过串行口发送子程序将点阵代码发送到下位机的EEPROM(62256)中,单片机通过驱动电路将汉字信息在点阵屏上显示出来.
