二维数字化齿面加工误差分析

摘    要:针对二维数字化齿面几何特征及加工特点,建立一个基于表面测量的离散阵列式齿面加工误差分析模型;提出实测齿面与理论齿面间匹配规则,找到真实的加工误差分布;设计4种不同算法,计算得到齿面各点加工误差;运用统计理论,对各齿面误差均衡,并以之为加工误差补偿预测值;实例验证了本文方法的正确性。

Abstract:A discrete array model for machining error of the 2-D digitized gear tooth surface was proposed based on their geometric traits and generation method. A matching rule was set up for the real gear tooth surface best-fitting the theoretical one, and four different algorithms were developed to calculate the deviations between the two surfaces. The deviations, as the forecasted machining errors, will be in favor of subsequent error compensation. An example was used to illustrate the approach.
