| 摘 要： | 以砂、粘土、蛭石、泥炭土和珍珠岩配制成 5种基质配方 ,进行杀菌和不杀菌处理 ,组成 10种炼苗基质配方 ,在树莓试管苗上进行炼苗试验 ,如期观测树莓试管苗的生理指标和形态指标。结果表明 :杀菌有利于炼苗成活 ,处理 3(杀菌的粘土 +泥炭土 (1:1) )的苗子生根率为 32 0 % ,成活率为 88% ,茎增长率为 12 5 % ,根茎腐烂率为6 % ,苗子十分整齐 ,叶色浓绿 ,根系分布深、根细长而集中 ,茎十分粗 ,炼苗效果好且成本低 ,是树莓炼苗基质的最优选择

| Abstract: | Transplanting trial of plantlets in vitro of bramble in the medium composed of sand, verminculite, prelate, turves, clunch and sterilization, observing the physiological indexes and outward appearance. The results showed that the sterilized verminculite + turves(1∶1) is the best selection of medium on the transplantaion of plantlets in vitro of bramble. |
