| 摘 要： | 真诚是朱镕基总理讲话情感艺术的总体特点。这种真诚在不同的场合，面对不同的对象又有不同的表观，即对官僚行为痛斥和对腐败分子惩治的无情，对党的事业的执着和对人民群众关怀的深情，对国际友人的热诚和对人类和平期待的诗情。

| Abstract: | Sincerity is the general character of the emotional arts of Premier Zhu Rongji's speech. On different occasions, such sincerity appears in different ways heartlassness to the bureaucracy and corruption practices; deep love to the Party's cause and the people; poetic charm to the intemational guests and expectance to the human peace. |
