论优先发展信息产业

目的 研究我国迎接知识经济挑战的战略问题。方法 运用大量事实和数据，分析论证信息及信息产业在经济发展和产业结构升级中的重要作用。结果 信息产业是当前的战略产业和知识经济时代的基础产业，通过分析我国当前优先发展信息产业的重要性和可能性，担子同优先发展信息产业的５项基本原则。结论迎接知识经济挑战、必须立足于本国国情，利用一切积极因素优先发展信息产业。

Giving Priority to Developing Information Industry

Aim To research the strategy about China receiving the challenge of knowledge economy.Methods The importance of developing information industry in economy and in promoting industry structure was analyzed and testified by a lot of facts and data. Results Five principles for giving priority to developing information industry were put forward. Information industry is the strategic industry and the fundamental industry in the knowledge economy era and plays an important role in China economy development. Conclusion To face to the challenge of knowledge economy, China must be based on Chinese current situations and make good use of all the active things to give priority to developing information industry.
