摘    要:我国是世界上应用调味品最早的国家,具有丰富的调味品资源。本文通过对国内外调味品发展现状的分析,指出了研究开发民族风味的系列高档调味品,是致富的一条有效途径。

Abstract:The flavouring industry in the world is fast developed.Our country is rich in flavouring resources and uses flavouring at first.The present situation of flavouring industry in our country is analyzed.This paper proposes that the research and development of hign-grade flavourings with national flavour are an effective way to cause our country prosperous.
