对我国高产高效矿井建设的探析

建设高产高效矿井的目的是高产稳产，减人提效，安全生产，达到这一目的的关键是突破传统技术，发展现代化采煤。我国提出建设高产高效矿井（以下称双高矿井）这一长期发展战略既符合煤炭生产建设的世界发展潮流，也符合我国煤炭企业由劳动密集型向技术密集型转变，由粗放型向集约型转变的重大策略。
