| Abstract: | This paper briefly discusses that the socialist market economy based on public ownership is the prerequisite for two essential transformations(transfor the planned economy to market cconomy,transfer the extensive operation to intensive operation).The development of our national economy relays on the development of county economy,which must depend on the native reality and suit to local conditions.Tactics and measures for developing county economy are suggested. |
