| 摘 要： | 当今世界,国际社会已经发生了翻天覆地的变化,国际关系的参加者已不限于国家这一单一主体,个人、跨国公司等私主体纷纷活跃在国际舞台。因此,有人就提出个人是国际法主体的主张,认为国际法主体除国家以外还有个人。不过这种观点存在众多疑惑,值得推敲。

| Abstract: | Nowadays , earthshaking changes have pants of the international relation are not tional corporations are taking already already happened in the international community. The particiconfined to the countries only. The individuals and the multinapart in the international relation. Therefore, somebody suggests that the individual is the main body of the International Law. However,there are a lot of doubts about the argument, which needs to be deliberated closely. |
