摘    要:本文报道了作者研制的一种CO_2吹气控制器,该控制器可用三种不同的方式吹气,具有控制压力和流量的功能.利用这种控制器对脉冲吹气工艺进行了研究,确定了CO_2钠水玻璃砂的最佳吹气工艺.

Abstract:This paper is concerned with a gassing controller developed by the authors that is capable of performing three different modes of gassing, namely, continuous, pulse and manually-operated gassing, and with two controlling functions, gas pressure and flow rate control. Pulse gassing and its optimum technology have been investigated. The results show that the total amount of CO2 consumed in the pulse gassing can be reduced by 50% with the properties of the core sand remaining unchanged. If the optimum gassing technology is used in its stead, the silicate addition will be reduced to 3.0~4.0% under appropriate conditions.
