摘    要:论述了一种新型自动调焦系统的原理和方法,基于激光干涉条纹的分布,通过CCD对光学信号的转换及单片机的控制和处理,实现光学系统的自动调焦,该系统具有调焦精度高,速度快及应用范围广等优点。

Abstract:his paper describes the principle and the method of a new-type auto focussing system. After the optical signals are transferred by CCD and the controlling and processing are completed by single chip computer, the auto-focussing of the optical system is achieved based on the patterns of laser wave interference frings. The system has the advantages of high precision, high speed and wide use.
