| Abstract: | This article expounds the views on the characteristics and tasks of teacher-training education,laying stress on the characteristics of teacher training.It is required to pay attention to the cultivation of capacity,to be able to grasp"several abilities",to improve ideology,to strengthen the learning of basic theories and the education of ideological level,to adhere to characteristics of teacher training and to develop teaching quality and cultivate competent persons of all round development. |
