从跨国公司新理论界面研究中国企业全球学习的战略思维

本文在经济全球化背景下,从“学习与战略”视角,探索跨国公司理论创新的内涵、方向和重点,分析跨国公司理论与知识管理理论、战略管理理论之间的互动与整合关系,并结合国内企业的管理实践提出“全球学习战略是中国企业在当今形势下开展国际化经营的必然选择”的新思路。然后以此为界面,从内向国际化和外向国际化双向路径研究中国企业全球学习战略的构建及展开,为国内企业在新的国际竞争环境中发展壮大提供了一系列的策略和措施。

Research on the Strategic Thinking of Chinese Enterprises' Global Learning from the Interface of New TNC Theories

Against the background of economic globalization,the article explores the connotation,orientation and key points of TNC theories innovation in a perspective of "learning and strategy",analyses the interaction & integration between TNC theories,knowledge management theories and strategic management theories,and proposes the new thinking that global learning strategy is necessary for the international operation of Chinese enterprises in the new situation according to domestic enterprises'management practice.Then.on the interface of new TNC theories,from the double routes of inward internationalization and outward internationalization,the article presents a probing study on the construction and deployment of Chinese enterprises'global learning strategy,and proceeds to put forward a series of tactics and measures about domestic enterprises'development in new international competitive environment.
