论科学研究的微观动力

我国当前的学风浮躁现象与科学研究的微观动力有关。寻求对好奇心的满足一直是人类探索自然奥秘的动力。在科学研究高度职业化的大科学时代,对综合利益的诉求在客观上也是科学家从事科学研究的动力,从而使科学家表现出科学人和经济人的双重角色,并都以科学共同体的承认为追求目标。共同体中“成果—承认—满足”的机制使科学家的好奇心和好利心得到不同程度的满足和激励,也导致了建制目标的间接化,但不会影响共同体建制目标的实现。因此,共同体认可科学家对承认的直接追求是一种双赢的折衷。解决学风浮躁的问题必须正视科学家所具有的经济人角色。

On the Micro- dynamic of Science Research

Recently,China's impetuous academic atmosphere relates to the micro-dynamic of science research.Seeking the satisfaction of curiosity has long been a dynamic of exploration.In the times of mega-science with research highly professionalized,scientists' desiring comprehensive interests is also a dynamic of their research.Thus,scientists play a double-role of scientific man and economic man,and the recognition of science community is the same goal pursued by both roles.The mechanism of "achievement-recognition-being satisfied" in the community makes scientists' curiosity and desire satisfied and inspirited in varying degrees,and causes the institutional goal indirect.However, the indirection does not obstruct the realization of institutional goal.Therefore allowing scientists to pursue recognition directly is a win-win compromise for the community.To improve the academic atmosphere,the role of economic man should not be neglected.
