| 摘 要： | 人事分配制度改革是高校内部管理体制改革的核心.根据目前高校人事分配制度改革趋势及一些高校的现状,阐述了高校人事分配制度改革的重要性和迫切性,提出了实施全员聘用制、引入准职员制、建立用人新机制、改革分配制度、推出引进人才新举措等相应的改革和创新措施,旨在促进高校的可持续发展.
