| Abstract: | This paper lists the modes and experiences of developing the mobil phone service in some university libraries in China and foreign countries, analyzes the shortages in the current mobile phone＇s short massage service developed in libraries from aspects of the sluggish development, and restraints, etc., and looks forward to the prospect of the mobile phone service from the feasibility, technology, librarian, and consumer education, etc. |
