民族共助意识下的朝韩经济交流与合作

冷战结束以后,韩国政府超越冷战意识的民族统一、民族至上意识开始逐年上升,2000年朝韩首脑首次历史性会晤标志着这种意识进入了一个新的高峰,韩国的对朝政策也相继由民族和解的"北方政策"阶段进入了不计代价、更具民族共助色彩的"阳光政策"和"和平繁荣政策"阶段.南北经济交流合作也由此进入政府主导的发展时期.但是,这种政治因素影响下的非市场化运作是否可持续还是疑问.

Economic Exchange and Cooperation Between North and South Korea Under the Consciousness of National Cooperation

After the cold war,the South Korean government's consciousness of the national unity and supremacy exceeding the cold war starts to rise year by year.In 2000 the historical summit meeting between North and South Korea for the first time symbolized a new peak for this kind of consciousness,and the policy of South Korea towards North Korea also entered from the stage of the"North Policy"of national pacification into"Sunlight Policy"and"Peace Prosperity Policy"considering no cost and bearing more colors of national cooperation.Meanwhile,the economic exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea also enters the time of development under the governmental lead.However,it still remains as a question whether this kind of non-marketability operation under the influence of political factors can go on sustainably.
