吉兰泰盐湖的演化趋向

THE EVOLUTION TREND OF THE SALT-LAKE IN JILANTAI AREA, INNER MONGOLIA

By the research on the formation and evolution of Jilantai salt-lake based on analyses of the contemporary salt-lake's geomorphic characteris- tics,features of salt chemistry,and overlapping influences of the descending of underground brine,the intruding of the running sands into the lake and the other artificially imposed factors on the salt-lake,the authors point out the evolutionary direction,in which Jilantai salt-lake was directly trans- formed from middle salt playas phase into undersand salt-lake stage,and meanwhile it is explained in this paper why this process occured.It is thought that the unrestricted felling of woods by man and excessive herding of animals near by lake area is the trigger to destroy the ecological environ- ment in desert zone,and to lead to transform the lake from salt playas into undersand salt-lake excessively early and fast.And further,the harm- ful dry climate aggravated the process.
