| Abstract: | In this article, the author tries to illustrate that the cultivation of the abilities of scientific management is that of college students' basic qualities.Such abilities will meet the demands of knowledge economy of the 21st century and of constructing a national public relations scientific management system. Therefore,the reforms of the cultivating patterns and systems must be carried out in order to cultivate senior talents of scientific management in China. |
