热轧中板轧制变形规程的优化设计

摘    要:研究热轧中板轧制变形规程的在线优化设计,包括轧制前的预计算以及轧制中的在线修正. 在轧制数学模型基础上,将轧制规程优化设计分为负荷分配道次和板形道次. 在板形道次,给出其线性规划数学模型,并利用单纯形算法求解,分析了不同约束集对最优规程的影响并进行了仿真,确定了最佳约束集. 轧制过程中利用实测数据进行模型自适应及规程在线修正. 经若干中板厂应用结果表明,该方法节约轧制时间且板形良好,异板差0.1 mm之内的命中率大于95%,成材率提高0.5%.

Abstract:Investigates the online optimization design including the pre-calculation and the online adaptation of rolling deformation schedule on hot plate mill.Based on the mathematical model,divids the optimization design of rolling deformation schedule into two processes: the loading passes and the shaping passes.Puts forward a linear programming model for the shaping passes and the corresponding simplex algorithm.Analyzes the effect of different constraint equations on the optimal schedule and performs simulation.Then determines the optimal constraint equations and carries out the model adaptation and online schedule modification through measured values during the rolling process.The application on several hot plate mills shows that the design save the rolling time as well as obtain good shape,the thickness difference between plates of more than 95% products are in the range of 0.1?mm,and the yield is increased by 0.5%.
