碱激发铜渣粉透水混凝土透水性能与抗压强度影响试验研究

摘    要:为探索通过铜渣活化制备透水混凝土的可行性,开展了碱激发铜渣粉透水混凝土性能影响因素的试验研究。以磨细铜渣粉为活性材料,水玻璃和NaOH为复合激发剂,偏高岭土为掺和料,玄武岩为骨料,研发制备铜渣粉透水混凝土。以骨胶比、碱当量和水玻璃模数为影响因素,测试试样的单轴抗压强度、透水系数和连续孔隙率,进行三因素三水平的正交试验。试验获得了各因素对透水混凝土的透水性能和力学性能的影响规律,通过优化配比,铜渣粉透水混凝土透水系数满足规范要求,抗压强度达到9 MPa以上。

Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility of preparing permeable concrete by copper slag activation, the experimental study on influencing factors of performance of permeable concrete based on copper slag powder activated by alkali was carried out. Using ground copper slag powder as active material, sodium silicate and NaOH as compound activator, metakaolin as admixture and basalt as aggregate, the permeable concrete based on copper slag powder was developed and prepared. The uniaxial compressive strength, permeability coefficient and continuous porosity of the samples were tested by orthogonal test with three factors and three levels, taking bone-glue ratio, alkali equivalent and sodium silicate modulus as influencing factors. The influence rules of various factors on the permeability and mechanical properties of permeable concrete are obtained by experiments. By optimizing the proportion, the permeability coefficient of copper slag powder permeable concrete meets the requirements of the code, and the compressive strength reaches more than 9 MPa.
