| 摘 要： | 城市总体规划是城市未来发展的战略部署,对城市未来的发展具有重要的战略指导意义。文章主要从城市性质定位、城市用地选择及城市交通和生态环境规划等方面对《昆明市城市总体规划》进行了理论评析,并提出了一些改善建议,试图为昆明城市规划的进一步调整或完善提供决策参考。

| Abstract: | Urban master planning is the strategic deployment of a city's development in the future. This paper is meanly to analyze and comment on"The urban master planning of Kunming city (2002--2010)"in geographical theory from its urban orientation, land use, traffic system and its eco-environment construction which this planning includes. The purpose is to find out some shortages of this urban planning and to put forward some countermeasures for the further adjustment and perfection of Kunming city planning. |
