砧座运动仿真分析

摘    要:当锻件受到冲击时,电动液压锻锤的砧座将剧烈振动,为了分析其运动规律,建立了相应的非线性仿真模型.仿真模型中,砧座的运动被分为振动及上抛运动两个阶段.振动阶段,由于锤头冲击锻件,可以利用由锤头、锻件及砧座组成弹簧-质量-阻尼系统模拟砧座的运动.上抛运动阶段,由于锤头与锻件脱离,砧座的运动等效为刚体竖直方向的运动.由仿真分析可知,仿真结果与测试结果吻合得较好.

Abstract:When the forging was impacted, the anvil of the electro-hydraulic forging hammer vibrated intensively. The nonlinear simulation model was established in order to analyze the motion law of the anvil. In this simulation model, the motion of the anvil was divided into the vibration phase and the upcast motion phase. In the vibration phase, the hammer impacted the forging. So the spring-mass-damper system that was composed of the hammer, the forging and the anvil can be used to simulate the motion of the anvil. In the upcast motion phase, the hammer was separated from the forging. So the motion of the anvil was regarded as the motion of rigid body in the vertical direction. It is known that the simulation result is in good agreement with the testing result.
