摘    要:本文介绍一种基于深、浅两层知识的锅炉运行故障诊断专家系统,深知识包括锅炉系统的结构知识,物理模型和故障模型;浅知识为运行专家的经验知识。系统采用面向对象的知识表达,对锅炉系统采用分级描述,减少了搜索空间。由于系统知识全面,其诊断能力强于传统的基于经验的专家系统,采用面向对象的知识表达,方便了知识的更新和移植。该系统采用PDC-Prolog编程,目前的诊断对象为锅炉的汽水系统和燃烧风烟系统。

Abstract:An expert system based on deep and shallow knowledge used for boiler running fault diagnosis is introduced.The deep knowledge includes the structure knowledge, the physical models and the fault models of boiler systems. The shallow knowledge is the experience knowledge of experts.The object-oriented method for representing knowledge and describing the boiler systems in hierarchies was adopted so as to reduce the searching branches in reasoning.This system avoided the limits of traditional ones based on experience knowledge only.It can diagnose the faults in steam-water system,combustion system and.air-gas system of boilers.
