| Abstract: | Through the analysis on our country' s rural resources and ecological con ditions,this paper points out that the countryside of our country must c oordinate well the relations among e conomy,population and environment ,promote economic development of outlaying r ural areas,and increase the living l evel of the peasants.The energysour ce construction of countryside and the development a nd utilization of the new energysour ce is a very important link of realizing the sus-tainable development. |
