| 摘 要： | 民营企业的劳动关系是社会关注的一个热点问题。通过分析民营企业的劳动关系现状,将民营企业的劳动关系分为劣等劳动关系和优等劳动关系,即劳动关系的二元性,进而提出了改善民营企业劳动关系的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The labor relation of the private enterprises is a hot problem concerned by the society. Through analyzing the present situation of the labor relation of the private enterprises, this paper divides the labor relation of the private enterprises into the bad labor relation and the good labor relation, the duality of the labor relation, and further puts forward some policy suggestions of improving the labor relation of the private enterprises. |
