| 摘 要： | 在高职院校提高人才培养质量,深化人才培养模式改革的进程中,高职学生职业素质的培养与提高,得到了广泛的关注与重视。将素质教育的内容纳入能力训练的项目课程,加强高职学生职业素质的培养与评估,充分发挥学生素质评价的引领、规范、导向作用,是有效提高高职学生职业素质的一条重要途径。
