面向新兴产业的岗位职业技能培训项目的策划与实施——以无锡职业技术学院为例

新兴产业发展对职业技能开发和高技能人才培养提出了新的要求。＂技能绿卡＂项目按照＂双结合＂要求,即既要与新兴产业目录要求相结合,又要与国家职业资格标准相结合,以满足无锡产业发展对高素质、高技能人才的需求。该文介绍了无锡职业技术学院实施无锡市大学生＂技能绿卡＂项目基本情况,综述了项目的策划开发和项目的实施考核方面的一般程序,对新从业者的岗位职业资格培训项目策划与实施具有推广作用。

Professional Skills Training Planning and Implementation on the New Industry: To Take Wuxi Institute of Technology as an Example

With the development of the new industry,new demands were proposed for professional skills development and the high-skilled talent cultivation.The project of＂Skill Green Card＂meets the demands of high qualities and talents of Wuxi industry in accordance with the combination of the new industry and national profession qualification standards.The paper introduced the project of Wuxi college students＂Skill Green Card＂in Wuxi Institute of Technology,and summarized the procedure of its planning development and implement evaluation,which was helpful for new practitioners to plan and implement the training of post profession qualification.
