高校思想政治教育中的情感教育探究

针对当前高校学生实际的思想状况，加强高校思想政治教育，实行情感教育是十分有必要的。它有助于提高高校思想政治教育教师的职业认同的感，也有利于高校思想政治教育教学质量的提升。在具体的实践中，目前高校思想政治教育中还存在对情感教育认识不高、教育内容不够完善、高校教师能力水平有待提高等问题。要充分解决这些问题，必须提高对情感教育的认识，更新教育内容，创新教育方法，提高教师的情感素养。

Research on the affective education in ideological and political education of higher education institution

In the ideological and political education of higher education institution, the affective education could pay close attention to the ideology of the colleges and universitiesr students＇and have advantages to improving teachersrprofessional identities, which is beneficial to the teaching quality improvement in ideological and political education. However, there have been some problems in practice, such as, the affective education has not attached enough importance, the contents have not been complete, the teachersr abilities have been required improvement. The ideological and political education strengthens the affective education with heightening the understanding, renewing the contents, crea- ting the teaching ways, and improving the teachersr emotional qualities.
