| 摘 要： | 系统的理论训练和系统的学术训练，是研究生培养价值形成的主要载体和基本途径。搞好研究生教育，必须始终瞄准研究生培养目标，下大力抓好“两个系统训练”。为此，必须在认清“两个系统训练”及地位作用基础上，把“两个系统训练”具体落实到研究生培养的全过程。

| Abstract: | The systematic theoretical training and the systematic academic training are major carriers and basic approaches for the value formation of the postgraduate educaiton. In order to improve the postgraduate education, efforts should be made to strengthen these ＂two systematic trainings＂ with the objectives of the postgraduate education always in mind. Therefore, we must implement the ＂two systematic trainings＂ in the overall process of the standing of the ＂two systematic trainings＇as well postgraduate education while getting a clear underas their position and functions. |
