SNSeNS结的临界厚度计算

摘    要:在研究超导体/正常金属/半导体/正常金属/超导体结的约瑟夫逊效应的基础上,利用Ginzburg-Lan-dau方程,对超导体/正常金属/半导体/正常金属/超导体结的临界厚度进行了理论推导.求得该结临界厚度的计算公式后,对相关的其它问题进行了进一步的讨论.

Abstract:There are two methods in the theoretical study of the Josephson effect,one of which is macroscopic method and the other is microcosmic method,and the former is adopted in this paper.The Josephson effect of superconductor/metal/semiconductor/metal/superconductor junction is discussed with the extended Jacobson method,and the relation between current density and phase of the junction is derived under the weak current assumption.
