NaBH_4-CuCl/CH_3OH体系对α,β-不饱和酯的选择还原研究

摘    要:用NaBH4-CuCl/CH3OH体系高选择地还原了α,β-不饱和酯的碳碳双键,考察了还原剂NaBH4和CuCl的用量、溶剂、不同的卤化物等因素对反应的影响.产物的结构经IR1、H-NMR、元素分析等证实,产率经HPLC验证.该方法具有反应速度快(10 min)、操作简便、试剂价廉易得等优点.

Abstract:A reducing system,NaBH4-CuCl/CH3OH,was applied for the selective reduction of carbon-carbon double bond of α,β-unsaturated esters with high selectivity.Effects of the amount of NaBH4 and CuCl,solvent,different halide on the reaction were investigated.The structure of products was characterized by IR,1H-NMR and elementary analysis.The yield was verified by HPLC.This method only requires inexpensive reagents,simple instruments,and a short reaction time(10 minute).
