| 摘 要： | 采用取骨髓蒸汽固定法对河南省蝙蝠科3种蝙蝠的核型进行研究.结果:大棕蝠的染色体数为2n=50,N.F=48,与南蝠有较为近似的核型;普通长翼蝠的染色体数为2n=46,N.F=50;毛腿鼠耳蝠的染色体数为2n=44,N.F=52.本文研究的3种蝙蝠中,毛腿鼠耳蝠为河南省新记录,大棕蝠的核型为国内首次报道.

| Abstract: | The karyotypes of three species of Vespertilionidae bats from Henan Province were studied by means of bone marrow cell and steam-fixation.The results showed that Eptesicus serotirus which had the similar karyotype with Ia io has a diploid chromosome number of 50 and a fundamental number of 48;Miniopteru schreibersi has 2n=46,N.F=50 and Myotis fimbriatus has 2n=44 and N.F=52.Of all the three species of Vespertilionidae bats studied in this article,M.fimbriatus is the new records in Henan Province,and the karyotype of E.serotirus is reported for the first time in China. |
