摘    要:研究了钛硅分子筛挤条成型催化剂在丙烯环氧化反应中的催化性能,探讨了分散剂、造孔剂及造孔剂用量对丙烯环氧化反应性能的影响.实验表明.采用不同分散剂制备的成型催化剂可以有效缓解反应热效应;在成型中加入的造孔剂有利于反应热和目的产物环氧丙垸从催化剂中导出.在催化剂成型中加入分散剂和造孔剂都能够提高环氧丙烷选择性,尤其是使用造孔剂效果更为明显.在挤条成型催化剂中加入3%聚乙二醇可以显著提高环氧丙烷选择性.由造孔剂形成的二次孔(约1.5nm)是影响环氧丙烷选择性的重要原因。

Abstract:The extruded titanium silicalite was used in propylene epoxidation. The effects of dispersion agent, pore-forming agent and the amount of pore-forming agent on the reaction were systematically investigated. The results show that the heat effect can be moderated by adding dispersion agent in the extruded catalysts and the reaction heat and PO can be transmitted rapidly from the reaction site to the environment due to using pore-forming agent in the extruded process. The selectivity of PO can be improved by using dispersion agent and especially by using pore-forming agent. The 3% polyethylene glycol is preferred in increasing the selectivity of PO. The pore (around 1.5 nm) due to using pore-forming agent has an important effect on the selectivity of PO.
