复杂液压系统智能仿真研究

摘    要:介绍了复杂液压系统智能仿真软件CHISP及其使用方法.分析了面向原理图的液压系统自动仿真技术.给出了该技术的基本思想、关键技术和实现方法.对大冶特殊钢股份有限公司的基于模糊控制的8MN快锻机组进行了仿真.仿真计算与实验结果比较表明,两者符合较好.

Abstract:The significance and the evolution of hydraulic system simulation is briefly surveyed. The intelligent simulation softweare CHISP for the complex hydraulic system and its application are described. The basic ideas, key techniques and the realizing method are given. simulation on a type 8 MN high speed forging press of Daye Steel Company, which is based on fuzzy control, has been carried out. It is shown that the experimental results agree reasonably well with the computed ones.
