| 摘 要： | 对一类三阶非线性系统构造了较好的Lyapunov函数，去掉要求Lyapunov函数具有无穷大的较强的限制条件，只要求系统正半轨线有界，得到其零解全局渐近稳定的充分性准则．所得结果包含并改进了已有的结果。

| Abstract: | A better Lyapunov function of a class of three-order nonlinear systems was constructed. Some sufficient conditions of global asymptotical stability of the zero solution were obtained when the stronger condition of generally requiring Lyapunov function trend to infinite was removed and only the positive orbit of the system is bounded was required. The result includes and improves some old results. |
