Abstract:with the developing of the VISI and mine-computer, there is enormous influ- ence on the system structure of the hydrological measurement system, hardware disposition, saftware function etc. There new concepts and methods are formed according to the computer network techniques. The thesis analyzes and probes the system structure. The content includes the deimitation of the gradational seam, discussion of the communication agreement and the network of mutual connection of every seam.
